JazzBall 2025

A Benefit for Lopez Community Land Trust

Lopez Community Land Trust

Established in 1989, LCLT builds a diverse island community by providing access to land for housing, sustainable agriculture and forestry, cottage industries and co-operatives.

San Juan County has some of the highest home prices in the state. Many working households are locked out of the real estate market. LCLT builds beautiful and sustainable homes, providing permanently affordable housing to local islanders.

Generosity Through Jazz

Building homes and preserving agricultural land calls for community investment. Like Jazz, our work brings people together, takes creativity, nimble and long-term thinking. The impacts ripple out for generations. JazzBall is generously hosted by Joe Schneider & Kim Clements of J.A.S. Design Build at Rootball — their home on Lopez Island.

Join us for another fabulous evening of tacos, libations, and Joyful Jazz.

New this year – JazzBall is a ticketed event by donation. Proceeds directly fund the good works of LCLT. Please buy a ticket for yourself, your friends and family. We invite you to make an added donation to lend greater support to LCLT. The cost of the event is generously covered by our sponsors.
