Flint Beach Ohana Farm lamb burger on a Holly B’s Bakery pretzel bun, with Watmough Bay Farm butter lettuce and quick pickled red onions, and Horse Drawn Farm roasted potatoes or green salad.

Brendan & Mike Flynn Local Reef Net wild-caught sockeye salmon, Lopez cedar plank roasted, with a Horse Drawn Farm potato and leek purée and roasted broccolini

Southend Harvest Dinner with ingredients from Horsedrawn Farm, Watmough Bay Farm & Sunnyfield Farm
Ground Lamb gyro with hummus, tomato, pickled cucumber and shallots, topped with tzatziki. Paired with mixed greens salad, goat cheese, candied walnuts and a mulled wine vinaigrette.
Pan roasted butternut squash in herb oil with a pomegranate deme-glaze that comes with Brussel sprouts and black pepper garlic roast potatoes
Puff pastry topped with orange and honey goat cheese, poached & sautéed pears, pomegranate, drizzled with a pomegranate syrup.
